Romanian's are to cusine. Romanian food can best be described as bland, heavy and boring. However,if you are a turist it is only natural that you should sample the local fare. I will recommend talking in a traditional restorant.(lots of dead animals and country/hunting artefacts on walls) with a "folk" show-singing and dancing...
Food wise,if in season try a bear steak or wild boar. Romanian wine is cheap and quite palatable,be wary of asking for a recommendation and always check the price! Otherwise they may sell you a vintage botlle that costs more than your holiday!

It is the general consensus of opinion that the Chinese restaurants struggle to achive mediocrity. This is not the case, however, with the Indians is that they tend to err on mild side,so if you want it hot-tell them.
Personaly I have been to one Indian restaurant not farr away from Marriott and keep go there allways with appetite for a hot meal!
SEX. I've always considered that when visiting a foreign country,it is only polite to sample one of the locals- a bit like the food really! LOL
You should avoid pimps who may approach you in the street and especially the gypsy girls who may offer to'blow' you for 5 euros. If you take anybody back to your hotel room or apartement,be very carefull that they don't leave with more than they arrived with.
